The valuation of real estate set by need.... Seems logical that it might work this way.. Becomes the party on the other side's job to determine how an appraisal came to its valuation. Picking the approach that works best for your situation. Cost to Build; Highest and Best Use; Income... They can be worlds apart. But $16.7M to $550m, now that's a big swing.....
