I based my decision on the ingredients. I almost went with another brand with a higher rating and then I saw it had artificial flavoring and 3 grams of sugar, which of course affects the taste.

Apple Pie Protein Shake -
I sautéed about 3-4 apples until tender, one of the apples is usually a Granny Smith, with cinnamon, apple pie spice and Allulose brown sugar. I let them cool completely and then put them in a large freezer bag. I spread the apples out in the bag to make them flat in the bag and stick it in the freezer, (apples do not freeze completely solid). I make a batch of protein shake with 32 ounces of low fat milk with 5 scoops of Whey Isolate Protein Powder so I can reach for a quick snack. I add 1/4 cup of apples to Ninja shake blender, 1/4 cup of crushed ice, add shake mix to the fill line and blend until smooth. It’s delish!
