Voor Culy zijn wij op reis geweest naar Valle d’Aosta, een streek in Noord West Italië. Valle d’Aosta ligt in een dal in het midden van de Alpen.

Hebben we het over Valle d’Aosta; dan hebben we het over salami’s, hammen, wijnen, grappa, honing, walnoten en natuurlijk niet te vergeten: kaas.
Aosta is de plek waar fontina & toma kaas oorspronkelijk vandaan komen en we hebben het tijdens onze reis ook volop kunnen proeven.
