Understanding fractions are critical to future math and algebra success.  What simple things can be done to help young learners today for their success tomorrow?

Engaging students in the media design and production process themselves is far more important than focusing on the ways in which media is designed for their consumption, as Kadle emphasizes. I would argue that engaging students in interactive media design, particularly game design, is the key to helping them achieve a useful 21st Century education that teaches them concrete skills as well as how to be innovative thinkers.
