I shared a very successful collaboration between our Art teacher and Language Arts teacher in a previous post titled Transliteracy: QR Codes and Art as well as at several conferences and workshops I was leading in the past few months.

QR voice encodes a given text message into QR code that once scanned by a QR scanner smartphone application reproduces the message with a synthesized voice...100 characters...may be read in 40 languages.
