This appears to have precious little to do with MOOCS, but it talks about Twitter as a personal learning network, which is partly how we tried to use it in ABTS1000 last year. Getting students to network - whether through the LMS, through Facebook, or through Twitter or some other online tool - seems to be a key challenge to developing this connectivist approach as part of routine teaching and learning.
