PlayPosit is an online learning environment to create and share interactive video lessons. Teachers begin with any online video  and transform what is traditionally passive content into an active experience for students, with time-embedded activities.

Julian Diaz's curator insight, May 28, 2017 12:21 PM
This is a list of the best research tools for inquiry
The thing that I like the most about this list, is that it avoids the use of google, as nowadays' society is so used to use google as an inquiry tool.

This list is really usefull into a classroom because it encourages aoutonomous research in your students, the one tool that i like the most is the "WOLFRAM ALPHA" which is not really a research engine but more like a knowledge engine. Even though I find it really usefull to find accurate information about any subject that your students want, it is listed in subjects  and topics.

My second favorite tool about this list is "KIDDLE" since is is kind of a "google" for kids, it is a super friendly tool which allows them to find the type of information they are looking for, plus, it avoids the use of "toxic" or "violent"  material for kids like pornography or any dangerous issues which might distrub the kids' minds.

I highlt recommend to read this article and put it into practice into your classroom.
