When you can't be at a conference, you can still learn from it via Twitter. With more and more educators using Twitter to connect for professional learning, chances are some great resources will be shared if you just follow the conference hashtag. The link above will take you to an archive of all Tweets from ISTE 2013. There is even a search feature, so you can look for a specific topic you are interested in or a specific Tweeter to see what they shared or what was shared about them. |
Yup, I'm at The Coastal Cottage with the fam and not at ISTE this year.
I gave about 15 years to ISTE and proudly served on the Board of Directors - elected to 2 terms, and then needed a break. Buying a house at the beach and getting to stay there a couple weeks after school got out - well, that's hard to say no to!
But it's soooo cool that you can get a lot of the ISTE goodness remotely!
