On the occasion of the release of their new albums this month, the offspring of Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith sat down with T for their first-ever joint interview.

Man today's relationships are tough in this "by the minute media" age.   So many different option to choose from ( I mean before the internet or instagram, did we know there were so many pretty people out there).  For some of today's relationship, normal will not be enough.  Our eyes and minds are constantly being stimulated with new options and ideas (#SoManyChoices....).

But the question is, "Can We Love Em All".  I guess by theory you can ( if others allow that).  So we spend our loves looking for love with replaceable parts?(#Really).  Is that being independent or is that in a sense having a lack of trust and commitment to the work it take to love that one person.  Is it worth it for us to do that now when we can float through life with temporary/commited/less intimate situations. (#TheSafeMove).   Is that how we were meant to function as a species roaming the earth with part time intimacies?  I don't know, but what I do know that if you live your life with microwave relationships( #PreparedInAMinute) that you will produce a life with surface happiness and will not experience the ups and downs of a truly committed and unconditional love.  If that's for you then maybe you can love em all.

Remember any sense of love takes commitment and work.   Any thing that we really value, we'll have no issue committing to the work.  People commit to what they feel is their solution.  If family is your solution or business success is your solution, only you can make that choice and only you will have to live with your choice.

It has to do with how people respond to their partners' "bids."

It's no secret that  I like J. Cole's music ( #FRFR).  J. Cole's music for me takes hip hop to level of the griot experience.  But this isn't a review.  It's a reminder.

Our urban youth are facing challenges every day that some  try to pretend are invisible.  Many of us are more concerned with whether Nene from "Real Housewives of Atlanta" will return next season.  We're more concerned whether Olivia Pope (a fictitous character) saves the "Grant" presidency.   We can't wait to here Wendy Williams do "HowYouDoin" and bring us up to date on today's juicy celebrity gossip,  I mean that's cool, we all need entertainment.

So when I see an artist like J.Cole make this great song "Micheal" and David Simon makes a great show "TheWire" and this videographer TEEMONG all bring pieces together to remind us of those who are facing real challenges (not Olivia Pope challenges), our youth, I really have to bring that to yalls attention.

This scene where the young kid (Micheal) turns down money for school clothes from the area kingpin (Marlo) is a telling statement of the day to day goings on in American urban communities everyday.  Micheal (who is a drug dealers out of survival)  has to take care of 2 small kids with a friend.  He makes it a point on the show that the kids see him go to school to make sure they continue to want to go to school.   This scene of him walking with the young ones to school is a reminder for me (and hopefully others) of the real Micheal's (and Michelles) out there who do this in real life every day as they strive to rise above their situation.

As we see more young people attacked by the police, not out of racism but fear, ignorance and meaness, we as a community have to make it a point that we give the Micheals and Michelles their chance to be rewarded for their perseverance.

Let's come together as adults to at least one day out of the week celebrate and assist the Micheals and Michelles of the world in helping them rise above their situations.  If all of us just notice one at a time, guess how much of a difference that will make.  And then  you can go back making sure "Olivia Pope and her Gladiators"  save the fictitious Grant presidency.

I meet interesting people every day.  I meet people who are rich. I meet people who are poor. I meet people who are challenged and I meet people who conquer those challenges. 

It’s courageous in itself to be a parent.   It’s very courageous to be a single mother.  It’s courageous to handle all the issues of being a parent and tackling a serious illness at the same time.

This month is MS month and I personally  want to send out a message to all parents no matter what’s your challenge.  We respect your courage.  Courage that many of these parents go through the day to day as if “Man this is just what I do”.

Claudette Whicker is my friend.  I’m proud to say that (#really).  Claudette is heavily involved in the cause of battling MS.   Claudette is a mother.  Claudette is self employed .Claudette is in school and Claudette battles with MS.

Claudette makes no excuses and she takes no shorts.  She wakes up every day and plays the hand she’s dealt without hesitation.  Now that’s strong.  She’s also a hero ( a superhero to me) who with all of these very serious challenges she deals with on a day to day bases,  finds time to be a good friend.  Man as I’ve grown to know her over time it amazed me of how little of her story I (and many others ) knew.  Why because if you’re dealing with her on a daily,  she’s always asking “What’s up with you”.  Never does she bring you into her situation, she handles hers like a titan. (#Wow).

So like I said, this month is MS month and you’re donations and time to this very serious cause will be so truly appreciated.  Especially by hero’s like Claudette Whicker. 

MS will be having there walk in Piedmont Park April 26th at 10:00 AM.   Lets show the Claudette Whickers of the world that we understand and support their cause.  Imma be there, because I understand , support and appreciate her courage.

This is my 14 yr old son who was brutually tortured By 2 Tully town officers he was handcuff but they say he resisted arrest that yall tazzed him in his face …not only that they took him to lower bucks hospital with out his mother consent they broke his nose n both eyes were swollen shut these prejudice cops need a rude awakening any one know anyone that can help my son please help they took him to the police station n told me I could not come up there but as a mother who loves her child I did Go to the station they would not let me n at all they talked to me through the door I didn’t see my son for tree days n the cops says o he’s fine we ordered him pizza really? Any one who can help me get justice please comment I’m torn mad angry just can’t deal # HELP
