The first imperative for CMOs is to deliver value to empowered customers. That means finding out who these customers are, what they want and how they would like to interact with the organization. Happy iPhone 6 Day! Yes today is iPhone6day as everyone on any social network is well aware. Living in Arizona the chore of waiting in line overnight is quiet comfortable compared to those back east …
So I don’t care if you like the Apple or not, or if you think I was crazy for camping out for the 4th time. Apple has empowered, invested in and lead a community (some say cult) of fans because they care about the EXPERIENCE just as much as the products and services they provide.

Only Apple could get away with it. Thirty years after Steve Jobs unveiled the first Macintosh at the Flint Center for the Performing Arts in Cupertino, Calif., Apple is back home. Tomorrow it's expected to launch the iPhone 6, and possibly even unveil its latest entry into the Internet of Things, a wearable computer called the iWatch. As usual, the invitation to the two-hour media event that starts at 10 am PDT (1 pm EDT) tomorrow sheds little light on what will happen. But speculat Topic: Mobile Enterprise.

So implement digital refresh times (setup calendar alerts or you'll be too distracted or busy and forget) throughout the year so that when the vacation time does come you don't have to unplug, rather utilize your digital and social tools to have the best vacation possible!
