"Every 15 Minutes" is a great program to teach high school teens the dangers of drinking and driving. As a Los Angeles car accident attorney, I have seen a large majority of traffic accidents with teenagers which involve DUI. Normally, the legal blood alcohol limit for driving a motor vehicle in California is .08. However, there is a zero tolerance for minors involved in alcohol related incidents (i.e. any measurable amount of blood alcohol is prohibited) in that minors are not legally able to consume alcoholic beverages.
