Unfortunately as has been said here before, DUI's happen to everyone. For every drink a person takes it can take upwards of an hour for that drink to be processed in your system. Mixed drinks are worse. There is no way to know what the bartender poured, was it a heavy pour or light, and many drinks mix two or three different alcohols. This doesn't even take into account the possession charge. Mr. Smith needs to have a good DUI and Drug possession attorney.
