A Final walk through is imperative before you close on property. I did a final walk through with a buyer who said, “is it really necessary to do a walk through, the house is vacant?” I of course replied, yes let’s just make sure everything is good. Well, we get to the house and there is water everywhere, apparently the dishwasher was broken and when the inspector ran it, it caused a flood, after he left the property.
