We all send and receive a deluge of emails every day and no one wants their messages to be ignored, but what’s the best way to end a message so that you actually get a reply? “Thanks,” “best wishes,” or something else?

I am pleasantly surprised by the interesting insights this article has provided. This goes to show that such a mundane thing, such as signing off, do have . A simple difference between closing a message with “thanks in advance” and “cheers” can actually result in a huge impact, as one grasps the technique of crafting a memorable email. It also teaches us that we humans often let such simple matters go unnoticed as we perceive them as being insignificant, therefore shall not be regarded more than just an obligatory affair. However, if we are willing to take that extra mile to find out meticulously what is a best approach to a solution, we will end up having better results than expected.
