Por todo el mundo, los Gobiernos están retirándose de la prohibición poco a poco. Sólo hay dos países que se están moviendo en la dirección opuesta: la Rusia de Putin y la España de Rajoy. No es una gran compañía. Merece la pena recordar que Franklin Roosevelt terminó con la prohibición de alcohol en parte porque era un desastre pero sobre todo porque había una depresión económica y necesitaba los impuestos. Si España está buscando claramente nuevas formas de recaudación (el nuestro lo está haciendo claramente), creo que merece la pena echarle un vistazo. Hay un pueblo en España que quería producir cannabis para uno de los clubes más grandes, pero fueron detenidos por la policía.
