I agree with the food issue raised by this article. Halal food production concept allow consumers to have quality ingredients, because, halal food certification does not only concerned with the animal slughtering techniques, but also keep eyes on the product quality. the development of halal food business would be increased, due to the Muslim religious beliefs. Muslim religion is very strict religion and followers have stronge commitment towards the religion. they only consumed the halal food and influenced to retailers to provide halal items, because of the higher purchasing power the Muslim communities have. therefore, hotel manager has to understand the customers' demography and provide the service to anticipate their needs and wants. as being a manager, it is his/her responsibility to implement appropriate food system in order to respect the customers' food heritage or culture.
