L’okonomiyaki (お好み焼き?) est une sorte de crêpe ou de pizza typiquement japonaise. L’okonomiyaki est composé de okonomi (お好み?, littéralement « ce que vous aimez/voulez ») et yaki (焼き?, littéralement grillé). Ce nom vient du fait qu’on peut y mettre de nombreux ingrédients.
