Yes, everything you do online is being tracked. Your searches, the videos you watch, transactions, social events, even crime. Scandalous crimes. With a little help, especially with our guides, you're still able to remain anonymous on the Internet. But understanding how you're being tracked is an important lesson, as are the little things you can…

So how do you get help from teachers of the arts?

One thing is a given – inquiry-based approaches involve following students along paths that you might not be able to predict – and that involves responsive teaching.

I’d recommend that you go and search out your arts teachers. They are usually really passionate about their subject area, just as you are, and may be eager to share their expertise.

For starters you might ask some of these questions to get a conversation going (and glean an invitation to observe):

- What techniques are used to build an effective community of learners?

- What strategies and structures are put in place to manage a classroom that focuses on discussion, sharing and reflection?

- How do teachers handle the fact that the endpoint isn’t always what is planned or expected?

Drive-by exploits were identified as the number-one threat facing companies and computer users, but the company warned that other threats were rising in popularity – such as malicious browser extensions.

“It is worth mentioning that an increase in malicious browser extensions has been registered, aimed at taking over social network accounts,” ENISA said. An ESET report on a malicious extension in the popular Orbit downloader can be found here.

Rethinking Education: Why Our Education System Is Ripe For Disruption

Rethinking Education: Why Our Education System Is Ripe For Disruption | Web 2.0 for juandoming | Scoop.it
Our education system is not broken, it has just become obsolete When I think of all the tremendous, seemingly impossible feats made possible by entrepreneurs, I am amazed that more has not been done to reinvent our education system.

Our collective belief is that our education system is broken so we spend tremendous energy in trying to fix it. We conveniently place the blame on problems that stem from budget cuts, teacher layoffs, inadequate technology in our schools and our education policies.

We need to recognize the fact that our education system is NOT BROKEN but has simply become OBSOLETE. It no longer meets the needs of the present and future generation.
