Well, netizens nowadays, especially millennial people are very particular on capturing different beautiful spots and views and posting it on their social media accounts. In order to gain likes, comments and shares or to catch people's attention, we need to innovate those simple pictures into ostentatious photo by applying different filters. There are so many photo editor applications, such us; VSCO, Snapseed, Lightroom CC and so much more! One of those is this application, which is Pexels. Well, Pexels offers free stock photos that you can use for personal and commercial projects. With our large variety of free images you will find the perfect photo for your website or blog post. It helps us to improve our editing skills and it can also make our photo more creative and beautiful. One of the most important concepts to keep in mind when working with Photoshop's filters is Smart Filters. When you apply a filter to a pixel layer, that's it — the pixels are changed. ... Unlike adjustment layers, which are, in fact, separate layers in the image, Smart Filters work more like layer styles. Who would have thought that a simple picture can turn into a fabulous one. We just have to explore!

Favorite Sites for Free Clipart and Photos — Learning in Hand

Favorite Sites for Free Clipart and Photos — Learning in Hand | Moodle and Web 2.0 | Scoop.it
I use a lot of visuals in my work. I prefer to use my own photographs and to draw my own illustrations. When it's not practical or possible to use my own work, I rely on a handful of websites that provide copyright friendly images. Those images are licensed as public domain or Creative Commons Attribution.

Images that are licensed as public domain do not require any citation. When a creator gives his or her image a public domain license, he or she waives all rights to the image, including the right to attribution. A Creative Commons Zero License (CC0) is another way to state that the work has been put into the public domain.

"Despite being a totally excellent online repository for photos—you get 1TB of storage for free!—Flickr feels like an outmoded service. But a huge new update that adds features and a couple of new apps is a big step towards modernizing the service ..."

Shona Whyte:

This seems like a trivial detail, but any teacher who has tried to get participants to make profiles which will help you identify them face-to-face (rather than upload photos of their cats, babies, or cars) will see the value.  It takes no time at all to upload a photo, choose your cartoon effect, and save the result.

Need to get pictures from an SD card or digital camera to an iPad? If you want to import photos from a digital camera or SD card directly to iPad, then you can do so easily as long as you have the proper equipment. In this case, you’ll need an adapter that works with the particular iPad model. The rest is quite simple and you can import photos from an SD card or camera to iPad using the built-in Photos application.
