Las máquinas son buenas automatizando tareas, transmitiendo el conocimiento explícito. Pero en cambio no son sustituyen fácilmente la interacción personal necesaria para transmitir el conocimiento tácito.
La gente como habilidades sociales gana más dinero y tiene mayor proyección en el mundo laboral. Está comprobado.
