A lot has happened since I wrote The 5 Elements of Working Out Loud in early 2014. The book came out, Working Out Loud circles started forming, and those peer support groups are now in fourteen countries and spreading inside a wide range of organizations. Ahora está de moda (¡qué remedio!) pero hace algunos años, en las empresas, había personas muy valiosas que atesoraban sus conocimientos. Personas que a duras penas intercambiaban algunas palabras sobre su último proyecto. Personas que abiertamente te decían: “si lo comparto, cualquiera podrá hacerlo igual y ya no seré imprescindible”.
