the importance of icons and symbols in "mind maps" or outlines, webs, anything like that. symbols can have a much broader meaning and definition, bringing ideas and memories up quicker than a vague word or phrase.

Si buscas iconos relacionados con el mundo del arte es posible que te interese este set de iconos gratuitos, bajo licencia Creative Commons, centrados en esta temática. Se trata de un conjunto colorido y que destaca por la gran calidad de los gráficos. La colección se compone de un total de 34 iconos que podemos descargar en formato PNG. Los iconos se presentan en ocho tamaños diferentes: 32 px, 48 px, 64 px, 72 px, 96 px, 128 px, 256 px y 512 px.

An excellent website for finding free icons on a large variety of themes. Icons can be downloaded in different formats and various sizes which makes it possible to use them in presentations of all kinds. Use Browse button in the top toolbar to discover popular or newest icons.
