Ellos necesitan encontrarle un significado a lo que están haciendo.Guiarlos para que desarrollen habilidades para que puedan superar los desafíos.Apoyarlos para que puedan expresar su creatividad y a ser capaces de ver los resultados de su creatividad, también prepararlo para que sepan recibir retroalimentación.Qué se sientan motivados porque se sientan que son dueños de algo (de su trabajo y del resultado del mismo).Incorporar en la interacción con ellos todos los elementos sociales que los impulsen, incluyendo: tutoría, aceptación, las respuestas sociales, el compañerismo, así como la competencia.Qué reconozcan la sensación de escasez (querer algo que no se tiene actualmente) y sean impacientes (que se pongan en acción) para no ceder en su búsqueda.Fortalecer su curiosidad y su capacidad para descubrir cosas impredecibles.Qué asuman riesgos y que aprendan de las pérdidas y de sus errores, pero por supuesto que fortalezcan las habilidades que les permitan, en la medida de sus posibilidades, prevenirlos.

Very comprehensive OCTALYSIS - Meaning, Empowerment, Social Influence, Unpredictablitiy, Avoidance, Scarcity, Ownership, Accomplishment. The way I understand ownership is that the learners take responsibility and have the right to decide and control what to learn and how/when to learn. They create the choices and realities for themselves. They have the power to prevent the powerful teachers to appropriate the instruction time to do things in a way that cares about teaching and learning.
