The world's largest emitter of CO2 is Taichung Power Plant in Taiwan produces more than all the oil-sands facilities combined. CO2 alone now add methane into the GHG mix. They have known the Tar Sands would pollute half of Canada when they started taking that dirty sand out. They just didn’t care and for this article to be published with a “we didn’t know” attitude is a disgrace. How much destruction is enough for these psychopathic people?
