No lie! Tim from Redwolf Airsoft took everyone along on an early-morning HK Time/ late-night US Time trip through the airport, on the way to Russia for the massive Armored Warfare VIII game this weekend….Did we mention RUSSIA?!

We “play war.” It is really that simple when it comes down to it.

Some among us have fought real battles. Some warriors continue those fights long after they and their friends return to civilian life.

Then there are guys like Tommy Lukowski. We never met in person. But, with so many in airsoft, there was a bond of caring and sharing and giving for this other kind of warrior that people around the world and far from his home in New Jersey felt they did know him. Knew of his struggle, his battles with cancer and pain. Knew of the generosity of airsofters who helped him financially, emotionally, and he helped them in due measure. All debts paid-in-full by just sharing the strength and honor of this man who was a firefighter, a husband-to-be, one tough guy who others gained so much from just through the knowing.

As our veteran friends here often say, “Fair Winds and Following Seas.” Until we meet again. And we, too, wish cancer would get cancer in its stupid cancer face and just die, buddy.

NOW, we can all see for ourselves how it works, and how it compares to the ordinary shop vise or gunsmith-specific bench clamps or stands.

Since January 2, 2012, as we made the transition to SCOOP.IT from our former WP.COM based news and information site (Still out there, BTW, for you ‘cats who want to see how we did it in the ‘old days…and want a deeper dive into near-history!)

The growth slowed somewhat with changes in how SCOOP.IT works behind-the-curtain, and also with our push to transition to the place most of you go for news every day, Thumpy’s newer WordPress website. All the links to our social channels go back there every day, but still the view-counts on the 3D News at SCOOP.IT help us get out the word in the way YOU ALL want to receive it. It seems like we should have already hit a million. And in truth, if you put all our views and links together, we are well into SEVERAL Million across all socials, like Instagram, Facebook and the FB Fan Page, Twitter, YouTube,Tumblr… But hitting this goal has been a grind and way tougher than doing it in other places. But, we are THERE!

Just think of THUMPY’S as that old signpost tacked to the tree out in the country. OUCH! That’s gonna leave a mark! We interviewed the UMAREX Law Enforcement Training guys at SHOT Show in Vegas a few years back when the T4E ‘line was first coming out as a higher-level-than-airsoft training tool. But, the technology and quality seems to have come a long way to this model! Way to ‘take one for the team’ Doc!
