My son had absolutely no turn off button for his energy, which made me wonder how we go about diagnosing ADHD to see if it was possibly a match.
Inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity are signs of ADHD, but are also signs of normal childhood behavior.

Eight Splendid Truths of Happiness
In my study of happiness, I've labored to identify its fundamental principles.
First Splendid Truth
To be happier, you have to think about feeling good, feeling bad, and feeling right, in an atmosphere of growth.
Second Splendid Truth
One of the best ways to make yourself happy is to make other people happy;
One of the best ways to make other people happy is to be happy yourself.
Third Splendid Truth
The days are long, but the years are short.
Most of us think happiness just comes...but the reality is it's a disciple and takes work and effort like everything else we desire in life. At least working on creating joy is a fun discipline. This article points out some key truths or quotes about creating and maintaining happiness.

There are many well-known depression triggers: Trauma, grief, financial troubles, and unemployment are just a few.
But if you are depressed and none of these apply to you, it can be hard to pinpoint a specific cause. In truth, there may not be a concrete reason for your depression.

The key to preventing disease—or curing it if you’re sick—is determining what is out of alignment with your Inner Pilot Light and then being brave enough to take actions meant to bring your life back into alignment with your truth.

Discusses that wellness and health are so much more than good exercise and sleep. Our attitude, chasing after our dreams, our relationships, etc. are central to physical wellness. Beautiful!
