The dailyrecord.co.uk dedicates an article to Maurizio Pignotti, the photographer of the stars from Le Marche | Good Things From Italy - Le Cose Buone d'Italia | Scoop.it

Keen photographer Maurizio Pignotti, 46, spends all night in freezing temperatures painstakingly shooting the breathtaking crystal-clear stars. He uses a technique where he merges together anywhere between 80 and 450 shots to create what he describes as a rainbow of stars.

Space-lover Maurizio, captures the star trails on the borders of the Adriatic Sea - including the Sibillini Mountains National Park, the Conero National Park, and the Gargano National Park.

Maurizio Pignotti: the amazing photographer of Le Marche Mountains and Skies

Maurizio Pignotti: the amazing photographer of Le Marche Mountains and Skies | Good Things From Italy - Le Cose Buone d'Italia | Scoop.it

Maurizio Pignotti is a photographer able to capture the beauty of the Milky Way on one of the peaks of the Sibillini Mountains, beating the cold and the sleep.
The images show the sprawling collection of stars, planets and solar systems hovering above some of the highest mountains in the Sibillini chain. The results are spectacular - perfectly catching a series of stunning shots appearing to stop the

movement of the universe in its tracks.

Great pictures but Sibillini Mountains are located in Umbria not in Marche.
