According to Cariaggi the celebrated yarn manufacturer from the Marche region of Italy that specialises in cashmere, vicuña, cervelt and superfine wools, there are two main themes to Spring/Summer 2013 for the Cariaggi Fine Yarns Collection: the Incredible Lightness of Being and Earth and Colours.
The Cagli based company, which produces both worsted and woollen spun yarns, will reveal its latest Cariaggi Fine Yarns Collection for spring/summer 2013 at Pitti Filati in January 2012. The company, which was founded in 1958, describes its latest collection:
"Once again inspiration is taken from nature and its perfect moods. These prestigious yarns contain reflections of light and its many effects: light from above, from the sky that reflects in the leaves and between the branches of trees; and the light that rebounds off the earth, creating fuller and stronger shades.
