The last line was hilarious. I didn't expect that from him. The first point was a great introduction and inspiring because I do get caught up in assessing my chances in the internship or company. Thank you for the article Patricia. I'm still rolling my snowball, pun intended.

This article is a must read....excellent advice from an individual who was successful at obtaining an internship at Google, Microsoft, and the White House!!!
I especially like that he said this: "Invest your time and energy into figuring out how to tell your story. Your goal should be to tell your story in a way that makes you absolutely positive that the gatekeeper has never come across anything like it."
When you are in HR all the resumes start looking alike. You are not there to speak for yourself, so your resume has to do the job of selling you in seconds to the person who is screening resumes.
What do you stand for, what makes you special and different, and why would they select your resume from the thousands of resumes to bring you in for an interview?
Hope you enjoy the article, and Make it a great day!
