Make the decision to be the driver of your career!
Trish Sadar's insight:
We spend more time at work and with those who we work with than we do with our friends and loved ones.
Why can't you choose to do something that you enjoy doing, and be hired in a place where you believe that you make a difference every day?
I know that it is easier said than done, and I know it takes time, effort, planning, persistence, and commitment. If it were easy, wouldn't everyone be working in a position and a career that they love?
I say you are worth it!
If I can do it, I know that you can too. Once I had clarity on what I wanted to do I decided to become the driver of my career. I took the wheel, created a plan, and got on the right path for me. At one time I was working three jobs, going back to school, and my clarity and goals kept me fueld and on track.
Let me ask you...are you driving your career? Do you own it? Please share with me what you are doing to drive your career:)
