Although I agree with the thoughts on the changing attitudes and the implications, the recommended "group" cellular solutions seem quite counter intuitive to the more open access style suggested.

Virginia-based software company Aptify introduced the policy and found most employees continued to take the same amount of time off they always had, but they seemed much happier.

A perfect storm is building, driven by new and emerging technologies and whipped up further by changing workplace demographics and the different attitudes and inherent skills of the new generation entering them workforce. The office as we know it is in danger of being swept away.
