Chissà quanti IT manager considerano che l'impatto delle piattaforme in azienda dipende dal fatto che il "68% degli utenti abbandona a causa della scarsa qualità nel design della UI mentre il 62% di essi basa le proprie scelte sulle esperienze passate"?
