The house is just a few minutes from the charming village of Belmonte Piceno which has all that is necessary for day to day shopping. Within 10 minutes there are supermarkets and spread throughout the countryside there are a number of restaurants and agriturismi (all with a nice restaurant).
On the ground floor there is a large open plan area with fire place which is ideal for dinner parties, a fully fitted modern kitchen and a bathroom. The first floor and mezzanine contain 5 bedroooms and 4 bathrooms as well as a further kitchen/drawing room and a small laundry room. Access to the cellar is via a staircase on the outside of the building.
In the ample garden, which has magnificent views of the hills and mountains beyond, there is a particulalry large and beautiful pool (20m x 8m), a brick annex which houses a pizza oven and a BBQ. All garden furniture is provided.
The house comes with all mod cons, including a HIFI , a DVD player and fast internet access.
