One of the best tools teachers can use to give both audio and textual feedback on students Google documents is called Kaizena. I have featured this tool in several posts in the past and today I am sharing with you this simple step by step guide to show you how you can actually use kaizena to provide feedback on students documents that have been created through Google Docs. I am also featuring three important updates Kaizena has added recently which are : sending feedback through a link, organizing documents that have received feedback into boxes, and generating a unique URL that students can use to request feedback on their Google docs.

My suggestion was to try Kaizena for adding voice comments to students documents. Kaizena can be used in your web browser or as an iPad app. Kaizena's YouTube channel has some helpful tutorials including the three embedded in the playlist below.

Kaizena is one of the best tools that you can use to add audio comments to students work on both Google Documentsand Google Presentations. To use Kaizena , you need to be logged in to your Google account and just like any other third party application, to integrate Kaizena into your Google Docs you will have to grant it access to your Drive. Here is a good video Richard shared on his post, watch it to learn how to use Kaizena to add audio comments to your Drive documents.

This is news that I have been waiting to announce for days! Kaizena now supports adding audio feedback on Google Presentations. Kaizena is a tool that integrates with your Google Drive account. With Kaizena authorized to access your Google Drive account you can highlight portions of your students' work and add voice or text comments to it. Until today you could only leave voice comments on Google Documents, now you can leave voice comments on Google Presentations too.

Es un detalle muy importante que abre nuevas posibilidades y puede generar mayor interactividad a la hora de compartir y trabajar en colaboración. Kaizena es una herramienta que apareció hace pocos meses y que recientemente ha sido actualizada haciéndola mas rápida y manejable. Se incorpora sin ningún problema a nuestra cuenta de Drive. Puedes hacerlo visitando el sitio https://kaizena.com/ . Debes entrar, identificándote con tu cuenta de Google o Gmail y aceptar, para que dicha herramienta se conecte a Drive.

Kaizena is one of my favourite web tools for adding comments to Google Docs. When granting Kaizena access to your Google Drive you will be able to add both text and voice comments to your documents and anyone who has access to these documents can also see these comments. This could be a great way for sharing audio as well as written feedback with students .

To use Kaizena you do have to authorize it to access your Google Account. With the authorization step completed you can open any document, highlight a selection of text, and record your comments for students to listen to.
