"Things got scary in a hurry for some people at a Bremerton park last week....
...Thankfully, they ended up being air and toy guns. After looking at a photo of the toys, store owner Cynthia Jeffries said she thought they looked real.
"I would have called it in," she said.
Her general store is across the street from the park. There is no doubt in her mind things could have gone horribly wrong if police or an armed civilian thought the guns were real and they felt threatened.
"We have quite a few people in the neighborhood who do open carry," she said...".
Again. Not in public, teens with no adult supervision, and a wary public that might have pulled the trigger on a real firearm long before police got there...bet you didn't consider THAT a possibility when you bought this CRAPTASTIC PLASTIC junk....did you?
