MERLIN's NEWS & LION CLAWS! - An Airsoft Documentary You Have to See - “The Ohio Project”

“…Yes, it is a highlight video of sorts, but not just of the two day event that took place in Randal Park Mall in 2014. It is a look past into the history of the site from the early days of motor racing, thunder of thoroughbreds, to the eventual commercialization and economic crash of the Randal Park Mall.

The video is a great production of how different sites get repurposed into dynamic AOs for milsim events…”

Thumpy Covey's insight:

I think John Lu and Thumpy will both give “finder’s fees” to MERLIN for pushing this one out in his news feed…because this video series HAS TO BE SEEN in all its glory!  This IS what the Lion Claws “idea” is all about…and with the struggles behind-the-scenes to make it happen, its a true milestone in the history of milsim in the USA!

SILLY-BALLERZ & PAINT-STUPID CANADA: Man with 'lookalike AK-47' arrested at gunpoint at Lime Ridge Mall - durhamregion.com

"...Natalie Barbon, a clerk at Hallmark, said she never saw the man come in with the paintball gun, but witnessed the aftermath.

"There was a lot of shouting as they rushed him out of the mall. A lot of cops and security and it all happened so fast, it was over in five minutes. I was a little nervous. Given a situation like that, no one knows what will happen."

Staff Sgt. Cox said the man was dressed in black and smoking as he walked through the mall.

"That (the smoking, almost as much as the gun) set people off . We all know you don't smoke indoors. It's one of those defiance issues..."

Thumpy Covey's insight:

Oh, no one will EVER mistake a paintball gun for a real firearm, certainly not police...who, in this story, can't even properly identify its look alike properties to a real firearm... AK, puhlease!  See, this is why Paintball needs to keep throwing AIRSOFT UNDER THE BUS!  Thanks!

I'd like to know if any crossover 'Silly-Ballerz/'Softers here might be able to properly ID that gun...so we can call out the company involved....PM Me at my FB (Al Covey-Thumpy)
