Together both companies have proven that Boeing’s Small Diameter Bomb I, originally developed for use by aircraft, can be adapted for launch from a ground artillery system. The companies recently tested the Ground Launched Small Diameter Bomb (GLSDB), integrating the SDB I and M26 rocket motor technologies for the Multiple Launch Rocket System. Here's a notional scenario item for you game-runners...no longer do you have to call in for an airstrike, a "nuke" or artillery...all of which would have far greater real impacts in an airsoft scenario than you could ever hope to recreate in a game....now, limit each side to one rack of 6 GLSDB's...with one meter accuracy, and a small blast radius, your spotter teams can now call in a less-destructive round, "kill" a smaller number of OpFor players, and have a more realistic result in a game. DO THIS, MILSIM WEST/RAPTAC/AMERICAN MILSIM!
