TheBottomline- ManILoveThisAd-Official Call of Duty®: Ghosts Live-Action Trailer - "Epic Night Out"

OMG I love this ad (Sinatra still is the king when it comes to pitch music).  This “Call Of Duty” Ghosts ad is off the chain.  These 4 guys are a movie waiting to happen.  This ad is not only entertaining but it’s very engaging.  The subtleties in this ad are really smooth.  In 60 seconds you’re in the game and out by the 60 seconds.  The Megan Fox cameo is nice (right out of Transformers).  The big guy in the group has great moving shots.  This is a great ad.  Here’s the grade:

CREATIVE- 5($$$$$) come on man look at this ad LOL….

CONTENT- 5($$$$$) you got the message…

TARGET- 5($$$$$) Dead on……..

STICK- 5($$$$$) all the gamers and non gamers will look up on this ad (adding the Sinatra music also engaged and older demo game player)……

BUZZ- 5($$$$$) it is Christmas……….

TOTAL 25pt out of 25pts (dead on A+ grade)

I’m ReggieRedd and #This is ManILoveThisAd

SoCal Realtor: People Are Flipping Homes Like Crazy, And The Least Informed Buyers Are Making The Market

SoCal Realtor: People Are Flipping Homes Like Crazy, And The Least Informed Buyers Are Making The Market | TheBottomlineNow | Scoop.it
A 1,800-sq-.ft. home in Rancho Santa Fe that in October 2012 was listed at $875,000 but has since climbed 42% to $1.24 million
Reginald Shipman's insight:

Isn't this what's got us into trouble in the first place.  That someone would pay $750.000 for this house is insane.  Cali has always been it's own monster when it comes to real estate but that shoppers are not caring about the price can only mean loose funding and very lenient underwriting.  $750,000.00 at a minimum is $5000.00 to $7000.00 a month, based on your down payment.  20% of $750.000.00 is $150,000.00 to the bank off the rip putting the loan at 600,000.00 off the jump.  At a motgage payment of mimimum of $5000.00 a month, that would mean your debt to equity ratio would be at you making $20,000.00 a month (roughly $240,000.00 a year), and buddy your 7 year actuary run or odds of making that is at  7 to 3 or maybe as high as 8 to 2 that you will fail.  We really got to get a grip on these home prices.  On 750,000.00 dollars a year we're talking about 25,000 to 30,000 dollars a year and that really a lot of money that you could put to making some money over time

TheBottomline........."Okay I'm Back"

TheBottomline........."Okay I'm Back" | TheBottomlineNow | Scoop.it

Man it's crazy when I sit down to write.  I get so much great information that there are times I just wind up being my own biggest reader.  I've got to do better.

I like writing about money but in getting this blog up I've been a bit tied up.  TheBottomline has been real work.  Now although it's time for me to get back to why I do this blog.(no it's not so I can make crazy money by being a money expert).

People debate a lot of things.  Politics, sports, education, religion and an array of day to day issue.  By doing this blog my eyes have been opened to so many other perspectives that I forgot that I was your host (my bad).  I started this blog so that we can have our area of debate on the issues of money.  There was so many people reading I sort of lost track that it was up to me to create engagement.(again my bad).

I didn't want this site to become a thesis paper where I had someone correcting my errors.  I just wanted to give insightful information about the culture of money.

So now it's time for me to clock back in and to make sure that I give you TheBottomline..........

Reginald Shipman's insight:

This clip was indicative of the past article.  What happens when this much money is impolded into a sleepy economy.  You know what happen?  People get sloppy (bankers) because they know they have a slush fund to cover their bad bets.  Politicians also work on this philosophy.  Now take the slush fund away and the cracks in that economy becomes hole that the normal citizens have no idea how to fill.  That when someone shows up and get the contracts to solve those economies issues.  #JustAThought #ImJustSayin #TheseGuysAreGood

Reginald Shipman's insight:

This is a new age of money..... The rules of how money moves have changed and for those who cannot and will not adjust, you do this at the risk of your childrens future.  Money moves to fast for hard work to matter.(you gotta work smart)  Opportunities will be bought by those who can afford them and they will usually group in small networks of investors to take advantage of those opportunities.  Your understanding of the new culture of money is imparetive. #TheBottomline

Here's The Message From The People's Bank Of China That Sent Stocks Cratering

Here's The Message From The People's Bank Of China That Sent Stocks Cratering | TheBottomlineNow | Scoop.it
Memo to banks: Deal with your own liquidity problems.
Reginald Shipman's insight:

Everyday banking becomes more like a casino with some of these foreign banks.  This is like PBOC saying to all the other banks, "You crapped out and now you handle it."  As the rest of the worlds investor and financial businesses go WTF.  The worst thing for any economy is for the population to lose real confidence in their banking system (which in China is at a low level already.)  90% of china's economy is in underground banking and this not good for a country this size because when your population "aint got no skin in the game,"  they just become reactors to whatever's put out their.   #TheEconomyIsTheMuleAndTheRestIsCartAndCargo
