Rose McGowan has responded to director Alexander Payne’s denial of sexual misconduct allegations leveled against him by the actor. McGowan recently accused Payne of statutory rape and showing her soft-core porn when she was 15.

A former Roman Catholic bishop in West Virginia has issued an apology two years after resigning amid allegations of sexual and financial misconduct, and the diocese said Thursday that he has repaid $441,000.

HELOTES, Texas - The Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests (SNAP) is asking why a priest at a local church has not come forward after being accused of sending sexually inappropriate texts. According to a letter from San Antonio Archbishop Gustavo Garcia Siller, Monsignor Carlos Davalos was removed as pastor of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Helotes. The letter went out April 30, but others wonder where he is now. 

A lawsuit accuses a former principal at two Catholic high schools of sexually abusing a child while serving at a Camden County parish.

A trial date for Fr. Joseph "Jack" Baker is pending after the trial scheduled for last spring was postponed due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Baker, 58, is currently suspended from his duties at St. Perpetua Parish in Waterford due to the allegations. He’s charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct - sexual penetration with a person less than 13 years ago, which allegedly occurred in a storage room of St. Mary Catholic Church in Wayne in 2004.
