I really liked this article because it gives very insightful tips on how to wake up and be motivated for the rest of the day, instead of just being in a bad mood. I have even experienced for myself in the past few months and these tricks really do work! I go to the gym every morning at 5 before school and it completely changes my mood and energy level for the day.
