I am fascinated by what it takes to be an extraordinary leader–an inspirational leader. I am fascinated by WHY some leaders seem to magically make a huge impact on the world while others do not — Steve Jobs being one case in point, as he changed forever the lives of people and the world with his vision. Let us ponder the question, “Are we all born leaders”? In a certain way I believe we are. We are ultimately leaders of our own lives and destinies. We become leaders of our families and communities, and many take on leadership positions in business. However, holding a leadership title does not guarantee that we have what it takes to inspire others and make a lasting positive impact. There are several points of view from which that this is an extraordinary video... The three main aspects are (1) the notion and broadness and generality of the notion "willful blindness", (2) the morality of the stories (to respect those who dare to stand up, as whistle blowers, etc,) in life, in society, in companies, and (3) how to use stories in a presentation for maximal effect... each of them are extremely imporant for all of us, though I'm not very optimistic of the real effect of this small video... but at least who will see it or a part of it (the total lenght is 14 min...) cannot say after that he/she is not aware of this... and that's already soemthing... the memes are born so...:-)))

Blue is a great color. There is a reason blue is many of your visitor's favorite color. Online blue is soothing, easy on the eyes and beautiful against black. My favorite is the UK design "un.titled.co.uk" (used as the image above).
Love using opacity to "hide" things in plain view as that kicks in the curiosity of visitors and gets the click. Current Un.titled site isn't as interesting or special as the design noted here. . Love blue online and these examples show why.
