Daphne Koller: What we're learning from online education | Video on TED.com

Daphne Koller is enticing top universities to put their most intriguing courses online for free -- not just as a service, but as a way to research how people learn.
Vloasis's curator insight, May 30, 2013 9:41 AM

A great idea: educated people showing compassion, and a shotglass more than the usual amount of daring.  Putting classes online for free, and using them for research to study how learning works, helps everyone.  At the time of this video there were 43 courses available. Hopefully now there's more.

Becky Roehrs's curator insight, May 30, 2013 10:54 AM

This is great idea of how to use free online courses-other than just for PR or community service.
