Pékin, Séoul et Hong Kong sont déjà saturés, mais Paris, Londres, New-York et Milan n'ont pas fait le plein. Explications.
Pour pallier à un ralentissement de la consommation du luxe (malgré les résultats en hausse de LVMH pour 2013) . L'implantation géographique des futurs magasins de luxe devra tenir compte à la fois d'une saturation de certaines villes et d' un potentiel encore inexploité pour d’autres, donc recourir à un maillage stratégique ...
Mais malgré ce ralentissement , la croissance attendue du secteur Luxe reste projetée à +7% jusqu'en 2017 ( au lieu de +14% entre 2010 et 2012) ...
