There is an increasing trend towards using social media management tools that allow marketers to search, track, and analyze conversation on the web about their brand or other topics of interest. This can be useful in PR management and campaign tracking, allowing the user to measure return on investment, competitor-auditing, and general public engagement. Tools range from free, basic applications to subscription-based, more in-depth tools.

Worried that automating Facebook posts will decrease Edgerank? Facebook has confirmed that while this was once a problem, it no longer has any impact on your ranking. So buffer away! One of the main advantages is that you can buffer shared posts -- which you can't do with Facebook page scheduler. |
There are thousands of articles already there talking about buffer features, even I wrote one of them about Buffer being an effective SMM tool. So this article is not about the features, its about what makes buffer so great, what are the reasons that buffer is one of the most successful social media management tools out there.
