PEOPLE DATABASE Facebook is trying to improve its security by using a tool that will check every web link that its users click on.
From today a system by web security company Websense will visit pages for users and apply a series of tests for trojans, phishing attempts, botnets and other malware threats.
If the link is malicious, the user will see a page that offers the choice to continue at their own risk, return to the previous screen, or get more information on why it is flagged as suspicious.
