Thanks to these revolutionary new services, the taxi is ready to go the way of the dinosaur but in the end you are still traveling via car and all the same risks still apply. That means that an accident can happen while you are being whisked away to whichever destination you have specified. this begs the question of what happens if you do happen to get in an accident while in an Uber or similar rideshare service?
