A collection big of resources here. Some are paid but many are free. Resources are divided by theme, grade level and subject. The "Orthopédagogie" section has some great posters and signs for sounds. Even if you don't find any resources you can use you will surely find some ideas here for your class.

A wonderful math resource from Mme Belle Feuille today. She has created a document that includes all her math journal projects for the year. Each project includes a craft and a word problem that students create themselves. She has included a French and English version of each template. A great idea for K and grade 1 teachers.

A paid site today. Here you can purchase Ebooks in PDF or Publisher format to read to your students. Books can be purchased individually (between 2.50-10.00$ CND each) or you can purchase a yearly subscription for 49$CND a year. The books are divide by age group and language.  Many great books here that could be used for home reading, read-aloud or for the computer lab.

A little addition practice. My students love this game. We play as a group on the smartboard and students call out the answers. We are always excited when we beat the éléphant.

Something for math class today. Here is a site with online math manipulatives you can use with your students on the smartboard or in the computer lab. The resource is offered in French, English and Spanish. Find everything from base-ten blocks to probability spinners.

A simple but useful tool today. This site allows you to enter a word or sound and it will provide your with French words that rhyme or have that sound in them.

This is great for sound studies and for creating poems with your class. The site also allows you to look up the meaning of words you find.

Short claymations videos with lots of vocabulary. Students are asked to listen to the clues, watch the video and try and guess what animal is being created.  

This one would be fun to use as an introduction activity to a project where students create their own devinette.

Another online animated electronic book site. This one has many free books that include sounds, animations and voice recordings. Unfortunately there are also a lot of adds on the site so it isn't a great one for the computer lab or for listen to reading in Daily 5, the page can be confusing for students. It is a good site if you are looking for a read- aloud to show on your projector or your smartboard.

I haven't had a chance to spend a lot of time on this website yet but I took the time to register and to add a few of my students to see how user friendly this site is. The registration process is fast and easy. The website is in Beta but there is still great stuff here.  There is a lot going on. Videos, games and the chance for students to communicate with other students in French in a safe, fun and free environment. Check it out and see if this is right for your students.

A simple reading comprehension game collection. Students need to read text and find the person. Great way to practice vocabulary. It reminds me of "Guess Who". You can play this one as a class or have students try on their own.
