It's always difficult to know what to ask at the end of an interview, and your questions can sometimes be just as important as your answers. Find out what you should be asking.

Nice advice and tips! While the interview is a two-way process, it certainly depends on the round of interview you are in. For instance if the interview is a screening first-round interview, the interviewer may have only allocated a short period of time to go through their short list of job specific questions. They may not have much time to answer a long list of questions. This type of interview is not the time to ask about benefits, raises, etc.
Absolutely ask about the company, the position, and the ideal candidate that they are seeking. If you get through to the next round, you are aware of what is important for the hiring manager. The one question that I absolutely do suggest that you ask from the article: How would you describe the ideal candidate?
