I've always disliked these sort of shows, so much so that I have not watched one fully yet. Why can't the 'instructors' be more nurturing, encouraging and positive instead of yelling at the people and playing an army officer. People need positive reinforcement not negative reinforcement to change behaviours and lifestyles.
