I have completed 14 marathons and one Iron Person Triathlon. I've done many other events and have lots of shiny things to remind me of those days. But I only keep a few special ones in a small box on my desk. They are not just reminders of the accomplishment on the day. When I am feeling that I can't go on; I look at them and know that I can. They remind me that my real strength is my perseverance, my drive (and strive) to achieve, but most of all, they tell me that 'I can'. So I do!Â
